Aenne Schwarz studied acting at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst 'Ernst Busch’ in Berlin. During this time, she performed at Deutsches Theater Berlin, at the Maxim Gorki Theatre, and was a permanent member of the Burgtheater in Vienna. Aenne’s first on-screen performance was opposite Moritz Bleibtreu in Uli Edel’s feature “Zeiten ändern dich”. In Maria Schrader’s “Stefan Zweig: Farewell to Europe” (Austria’s choice for the 2016 Foreign Language Oscar) she played the lead role of ’Lotte Zweig’. Recently, Aenne starred in the acclaimed “All Good” (Alles ist gut) directed by Eva Trobisch, which won Best Picture at this year’s Locarno Festival.
